Bio
Kaveh Mir Tahmasebi is an MBA and MSc qualified Executive/Business Coach (PCC) with the ability to drive business performance through people, underpinned by robust Coaching Psychology. Key strengths include: a track record of developing high-level HR strategies, leadership development, change management, and conflict management; extensive executive coaching experience (over 1,200 hours) and a deep knowledge of psychometric profiling models (VIA strength finder, MBTI, FIRO-B, 16-PF & EI indicators);

By focusing on self-awareness, Kaveh helps Leaders and Manager to improve leadership and life skills we use every day to communicate and to interact with other people both individually and in groups.

He has completed advanced certifications and training in the full gamut of senior executive and C-level executive assessments. In addition, he has significant expertise helping first and second-line managers to grow their skills in leadership, change management and execution.

Kaveh earned an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), MSc in Human Computer Interaction and a BSc (with honours) in computer science, both from Queen Mary and Westfield College (University of London). He is currently studying for his third M.Sc. at the University of East London in Applied Positive Psychology.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), CPD approved Coach, User Test Occupational Ability and Personality Certified Assessor from British Psychology Association and certified Project Manager.

Kaveh designed and authored a book on conflict management for executives. The book achieved ForeWord 5 star review. 
  
Kaveh has been a guest Speaker for a Persian TV channel for over two years broadcast from London for a broad demographic of Persian speakers covering topics such as: Leadership, Change Management, Personality Profiling.

Kaveh has a diverse, predominantly non-directive, approach to his coaching, using a wide range of tools and techniques and, in every case, tailoring a highly flexible ‘programme’ to meet the specific needs of the client.  A sample coaching programme would include some of the following aspects:

• Working with the client to embed the learning and take personal responsibility for ongoing development
Throughout the programme clients are provided with email and phone support.  ‘Homework’ is agreed at the end of each session.
