16PF® Competency and Candidate Feedback Report

The 16PF Competency and Candidate Feedback Report gives you two reports in one: a Competency Report that helps you make better selection decisions, and a Candidate Feedback Report to give to your candidate.
The 16PF Competency and Candidate Feedback Report provides you with information about a respondent's likely fit on a range of competencies identified as being critical for success in a role, and helps you to make consistently better selection and assessment decisions.
The 16PF Competency Model is based on empirical research evidence, combined with expert judgement from many years of experience in the field. The model comprises 20 competencies. It is easy to map to other competency models and covers the full range of competencies that appear in most commonly used models. It is written in simple business language making it instantly accessible to business managers, and not just trained HR professionals.

The 16PF Competency and Candidate Feedback Report contains
  • A graphical summary of the likely fit of the respondent to each competency
  • Interpretive statements describing competency-related behaviours that the respondent is likely to demonstrate
  • Tailored development tips based on the 16PF factors and the competency fit
  • Standard and profile-specific interview questions, to save preparation time and ensure consistency
  • A separate narrative report to give to the candidate, presenting their results in a clear, jargon-free way suitable for someone who doesn't know the 16PF. The report provides written feedback for both successful and unsuccessful candidates in a selection process.
