Based on the best selling book, The Leadership Challenge, by Barry Posner and Jim Kouzes, the workshop is a unique, intensive leadership development program for all levels of management, with its greatest leverage potential at middle and senior levels.
Participants are given extensive feedback on their current leadership practices via the Leadership Practices Inventory®, and then compare this feedback with the practices of exemplary leaders.

This workshop requires everyone to have previously completed LPI Online Self Assessment. This will be provided as part of the this training.

This training includes Assessment and learning materials for value of £150 per delegate:
  • An Introduction to The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership Participant Workbook, 4th Edition
  • LPI Online Self Assessment

Course Timings: Start 09:00 - Finish 16:30. Lunch at 13:00, Tea Breaks at 11:00 and 15:00, giving you an opportunity to check emails and make calls.
