Starting with a basic understanding of simple personality differences, the Myers-Briggs assessment provides a common language to easily explain the complexities of different personalities.

We use a mix of approaches to give you the skills and knowledge:

You will be required to complete an olnline questionniare before attending the training. This should take not more than 20 minutes. In addition to the MBTI questionnaire, we will ask you to complete a brief personal consultation form.
